Does yarn come included with the canvas?
No, it does not. Most people like to choose their own colors of yarn. I do provide information about online stores that carry yarns and fibers; you can find that information at http://www.laurelwheeler.com/
How do I know the canvases are good quality both in materials and in design?
All designs are painted on top-of-the-line 13 count mono Zweigart canvas with waterproof acrylic paints. There is a close-up of part of a canvas at http://www.laurelwheeler.com/index.html so you can see the quality of the work.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All canvases are painted to order, so please allow 7 to 10 days before they are shipped. Your order will go out via Priority Mail.
What are the shipping charges and method of shipment?
The shipping charge is $5.50 per canvas. I ship via Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order, eCrater will add a handling fee on top of the shipping charge. Because of the way they are set up, I am unable to omit this. So when I receive your PayPal payment, I will refund the handling fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment through PayPal. You can pay by any major credit card through PayPal even if you do not have an account with them.
How do you use the personal information I give you?
I use your name and address only to ship your order to you. I do not share it with anyone, for any reason. If you correspond with me by email, I do not share your email address with anyone. If you use a credit card through PayPal, I do not receive your credit card number and therefore cannot share it.
